Parking
M-City has over 1,000 retail car spaces, 850 of which are in our secure underground car park. Entry and exits are located from Blackburn Road and Princes Highway, and exit only at Connam Avenue.
Our undercover car park offers park assist indicators highlighting available spaces for you to easily find, conveniently located disabled parking spots, parents with pram parking close to entrances and electric charging stations.

M-City has improved its customer experience to assist our community to find a convenient car space quickly and easily. Our cashless and ticketless parking system uses licence plate recognition technology to assist customers to safely access the car park, find a spot and exit with ease.

The Centre Management office is on the Mezzanine Level. It can be accessed via the Blackburn Road entry, turning right after the Melcorp office and up the stairs on the left. It is open weekdays from 8:30am to 5pm. If you need assistance outside these hours, please contact security on 0419 797 164.
Our charging station is conveniently located in our undercover car park. Best access is from Blackburn Road and located near the main entry.
Woolworths Offer Click and Collect parking bays in the Princes Hwy car park, outside BWS.
Kmart and Vodafone offer Click and Collect in their store.
Located on the Ground Level opposite the Food Hall and in the Kmart Mall. Level 1 amenities are located opposite Village. Mezzanine amenities are located in-between Australian Clinical Labs and Green Radiology.
